great Outside 1.32 mi 00:25 18:47 pace
I am surprised how far and how fast I ran! I ran this in three blocks, rather than continuously. My foot was getting numb by the end though - suspect too tight laces are the cause because when I ... read more

This was an odd run in lots of ways. I don't normally run two days in a row and it was a lot harder than yesterday. I was running on busy streets/crossing roads, rather than backstreets. I ran too fast in the first block then lost track of how far I'd run so I was amazed to find I ran for nearly 25 minutes (thought it was closer to 20 min).

Ran/walked to pick up my car from Levenshulme. Decided to listen to a non-running podcast which was provided less encouragement to keep going but more distraction.

The plan for the next few runs is pretty simple. I'll attempt to run for 20 minutes. If I don't make it, I walk for 3 minutes and then run for the balance. Once I've got to 20 min, I'll repeat t... read more
