Quick run around the playground while the kiddos played. Distance was approximated and so is time but that is what it felt like. I did 15 times around what I figured to be a 0.20 loop. Time went by really fast probably because the kids were happy :) It was pretty warm out though....91 but cloudy and windy so it didn't feel terrible until you stopped. I was very well hydrated and had a huge glass of ice water about 10 minutes before running so I think that helped keep my core cool. Glad I got in another run today.....who knows maybe I will again tonight. Ohh also did 100 lunges, 50 squats, 10 pullups - (5 overhand and 5 underhand (much easier for me)) I looked really cool at the park today, but we were the only ones there so who cares!

You had the park to yourself and made the most of it! What an awesome memory the kids will have of watching their Mom run around them while they played! So cool.
