  5. Small town half marathon was today and I was stuck at work, just saw the results and I could have done spectacular. Bummer that work just keeps getting in the way of my races!

      That must be frustrating!!! I ran a 5k with my hubby last weekend at his pace and the girl that won was only 4 seconds faster than my best 5k, so I can relate a bit to how you must be feeling. When is your next race?

    What a nice evening to run in. Got a late start but I finished by 8:45 so it was perfect. Legs felt strong. Right ankle is feeling a bit weak but should feel better with some stretching.

      The problem is that I never learn, I usually run after I eat..you would think after feeling that way multiple times it would sink in...I guess I'm just a bit dense :)
