Didn't time myself today. It was a rather warm afternoon; about 85, and since the track has no shade I was kicking myself for not bringing water. Did a nice easy one mile warm up. Then 8 x 100... read more

Small town half marathon was today and I was stuck at work, just saw the results and I could have done spectacular. Bummer that work just keeps getting in the way of my races!

That must be frustrating!!! I ran a 5k with my hubby last weekend at his pace and the girl that won was only 4 seconds faster than my best 5k, so I can relate a bit to how you must be feeling. When is your next race?

I know, I just wish I was a carefree teen again who has nothing better to do than go running :) I don't have any other races planned at the moment, but I am more of a spur of the moment sign up kinda gal.
