    Just a nice 5k; pretty warm out because we had allergy testing this morning and missed the 65 degree weather this morning. So I just took it nice and slow. My ankle didn't hurt at all!

      I agree, I didn't do as much as I normally do and I think it hurt me that cycle. Recovering well; I think I have a stress fracture to my ankle as it tweaks every time I try to go further than three miles (hence my decision to lay off running a bit)
