Great swim this morning and I was so close to squeezing in 2 miles:

My quads and hamstrings are really stiff from Sunday's half marathon, but it felt good to be in the pool.

Nice little track workout: 1 mile w/u, 3x800m, 2x400m,1 mile cool down. Managed to hit my training paces as well.
I think this morning's class may have qualified for a track workout. Too. Many. Running. Sprints.

Did you enjoy swimming at Providence? I had to get out after 2000 meters because my neck and upper back got really stiff and sore. I think it was the 600m of weak side breathing that did me in.

I looooved Providence (despite one aggressive person in my lane!!) Wish I could go there regularly, and still make it to work on time. I only did about 100yd of that weak side breathing, I suck at it. Hoe your muscles chill out
