    Today was one of those days where I looked at myself and I felt like I couldn't see any improvement. I was totally my own worst critic today.

    I got a little bored. Running on the treadmill is boring. Also I could tell that my hamstrings were getting tight as the ran went on. Bet my back will be sore tomorrow.

      I kind of wanted to. It was really boring. And I run a lot slower on the treadmill than I do out on the street, but I did watch some of the hockey game so that was good.
