    I was tired after yesterday's run so ran quite slow the first 3 miles. After that I was warmed up and did some speed work. Felt very good by the end. Rest day tomorrow for sure!

    Had to go on the elliptical prior (20 minutes) b/c it was too dark out to start running. It was a great warmup though! Had my fastest two miles at the end of this run (7:41 & 7:27) woohoo!
