    Did a full body workout using a plan a trainer gave me. Was glad when I was done and could run home :)

    Decided to do a nice slow run to the gym. Did weights for an hour and a half and then ran home for a total of about 5.25. Don't know my exact time but it was around this long :)

      The teacher is constantly doing different moves so I find myself a little sore (not crazy sore) the next day. It is really a good class! Hard so by the end I am out of breath and sweaty! I wish we could do it together too :(

      I have Brooklyn next and then if I want auto in for next years NYC half i have to do queens 10k,bronx half and staten island! I hear you about the heat,i normally don't do too much when i's really hot as I fall off the treadmill in boredom!! I may do ridgewod 10k but it has always been SOOOO hot on the day of that run!

      My husband and I were going to do the ridgewood 10k. I might reconsider if it is hot! Those are a lot of races! Why do they have to make it so hard to get into the NYC half!!!!!
