Easy peasy run/walk mix with S in the stroller. Thinking I'll do a nice gentle yoga tape (yes, tape, as in vcr) tomorrow and then a mile or two walk on Friday. That ought to do it until race day!

Good luck with the VCR! also yoga, but I have a feeling that the VCR might be way more difficult than the Yoga. i could be wrong.
