    good my ADD workout 2.6 mi

    i was all over the board this morning. 10 min eliptical, 20 minutes free weights, lunges and squats, 10 min treadmill, 15 minutes swimming laps.

    it was so cold, we renamed it the devil's 5k. because it was like tiny demons were biting our arms and legs giving us frostbite. :) but other than that---awesome, really fun run!!

    hardest workout yet! ahhh. warm up, rotations of 50 tricep pushups, 100 lunges, 50 ab twists with a medicine ball, 30 burpees and a quarter mile dash. siiiiick. :)

    20 min on the elliptical and .75 mile run. wore some old shoes and my legs hurt real bad!

      aw, thanks! i am doing a 12 week bootcamp and my homework is always cardio. i got bored today and moved around to three things, lol.

    ran 1 mille, 200 squats, 200 squat thrusts w/25lb, 200 bell swings with 15lbs, 200 box jumps. really tough, but felt great!

    really gross run. took myself to the tennis courts after for suicides, squats an lunges.
