A quick strength workout whilst waiting for my daughter to go to sleep and before dinner with my inlaws.
50 push ups
30 tri dips
30 turns with weights
60 crunches with weights
30 shoulder presses
30 bicep hammer curls
Would have liked to do the full 30 mins but at mercy of others when away from home.
