2012 I became a runner, I raced, I PB'd. 2013 is all about enjoyment not times. No more 10k races, it's 10 miles and further. But will a marathon feature?! Hmm.

    Yesterday was day 30 of my 90 Day plan so officially the end of cycle one. I've kept to the plan, lost 10lbs and inches all over.

    Cycle 2 starts next week once I receive my next plan. Exciting!

    Morning fasted HIIT earlier today. Boxing and burpees. Not bad considering I was up in the night feeling poorly.

    Late posting this but up at 5:30 again to get this done. C was coughing and stirring so she came and watched cartoons whilst snuggled on the sofa while I worked out!

    High knees and boxing while the family slept. Needed to flush out my legs as they're still sore from Monday's squat jumps!

    Third consecutive day of HIITs and today I chose squat jumps. They hurt, they burn but they make a difference! Rest day tomorrow so I don't have to get up at 5:30 to do it before work!

    I upped the level today and cracked out the burpees. They're hard, I don't particularly like them but nothing easy makes a difference!
