It's a 4 minute workout Rich. 20 sec burpees with 10 sec rest, then 20 sec mountain climbers and 10 sec rest, following same pattern for jumping jacks and high knees, then repeat! Fat burning, metabolism raising, 4 minutes! Easy to fit in even when pushed for time!
Dave, yeah, I think the MH challenge might require more than 4 mins though!

Descending pyramid starting with 50 jumping jacks, crunches, squats and leg raises descending through to 10. Did oblique crunches today to work different section of my abs.

A great lunchtime walk across the fields with David M - seemed silly not to make the most of the sunshine. Then a quick 15 minute walk round the village with my daughter when we got home.
