    I'm really happy with this run - maintained 8:25-8:30 pace with ease then finished with a sub 8 for the last 2 miles. This is after fueling with beer and staying out til 3am:)

    did the prediction race and ended up running with Amy. Didn't win but enjoyed a lovely recovery run in central park. Highest mileage week yet and legs feel good!
