    I did 6 pull ups instead of 2 muscle ups. Good workout!

      Tough day for you, funny that bit of training carrying your fellow soldier was part of our training in the army, we ran 12 miles then carried a partner 90m with all his kit then he'd do the same, then we ran the length of the range (300m) and fired 10 rounds, to be done in under 2hrs, my record was 1:45hrs, but I was 18 then :-)
