    Achilles tendonitis forcing me to do upper body and core workouts for a while.

    Measured out a 6 km road time trial route and a 4 km trail time trial route. My ankles were really tight.

    Ankle hurts a bit.

    Struggled for the first couple of km's, ankles hurt. Once I warmed up it felt ok.

    been struggling with flu again, so the uphill and I did not get along in terms of breathing... but the rest of the run was ok.

    Took it really easy, had a bit of a fall as well, but no injuries except roasties on the leg. It was a glorious day out there!

    Was great fun, running, squats, running through cones, hill, bounces, running, push ups, running steps up and down, rinse repeat. He he! Love my coach.
