First run in about 3 weeks - walked a bunch. Heart rate was high and not used to this heat yet. Just taking things one day at a time.

You'll be fine in about 10 runs - that's about how long it took me to get used to running home in DC 90 degree heat (and exhausted over the bridge). Welcome back!
