This was first workout with these two pieces of equipment. It was challenging and will defintely strengthen my lower/whole body.

  2. RUN
good Wherever the troops ran 6 mi 00:58 09:39 pace

  3. RUN
good Out and Back 2mile course 2 mi 00:18 08:57 pace

Still trying to break in new shoes while doing some fartleks and working on the form. Calves are still too tight, especially when I'm a few weeks before the big run.

THE Marathon in Greece. I'm not running competitively but I'm combining my love of travel with the love of running.

  4. RUN
alright Big Loop to Signal HQs and back 5 mi 00:49 09:53 pace

I continued to work on form (how my feet were planting and running tall). My calves tightened up pretty bad, but only slight knee pain today so that was nice.

  5. RUN
good To the "Dip" and back 4 mi 00:35 08:39 pace

I tried take it easy to work on form but my commander came from another route and I ran with him. New shoes (new model too)...probably caused the ankle pain.

  6. FIT
    good Power Yoga

It felt good as my whole body was tight. I did usual "passing out" at the end; my sign of a great effort. :)

  7. RUN
alright One big loop around town 15 mi 02:47 11:07 pace

It was alright. My body was hurting (knees) and the dehydration didn't help. I did have good music to keep me company, @Garmin to track my run info, @Petzl to light my path, and @TPtherapy to tak... read more

good To Brock field and 2 mile run... 3.85 mi 00:33 08:34 pace

Good. Troops were about done with their situps so I quickly ran nearly 2 miles to the starting point for the 2 mile run, barely beating the buses up there. I then paced a troop who barely passed ... read more

I enjoyed the group I joined for some of the new Conditioning drills. The troops were motivated and had a good time. I know my hamstrings will be talking to me later.

You'll be fine. You'll just think you're in Physical Therapy. Alot of the drills we're doing is the same stuff I did as therapy for my knees, hamstring, neck...you know, old people injuries. :)

  11. RUN
good To the Confidence Course and ... 2.65 mi 00:22 08:18 pace

I started off cruising at a very confortable pace. The Apache Flats hill slowed me down. At the turn around point I jumped in with another Company's formation and joined in their cadence all the w... read more

    good Core Yoga Workout 00:35

I feel pretty good. I know that I need to start doing more yoga cause my body has always handled all the other strenuous activities better when I do yoga regularly.

  13. RUN
alright All around post 12 mi 01:59 09:52 pace

    good 5 mi 00:45 09:00 pace

  15. RUN
    alright 2 mi 00:18 09:00 pace

It went alright for me; not so good for the group I was running with. Yes, I did my best to motivate when some wanted to fall out after a few hundred meters.

  16. RUN
alright 2 mile test course and back 4.01 mi 00:33 08:13 pace

I ran with the PT test guys again and then added a couple of miles with my battle buddy. I'll definitely need the ice tonight.
