First run in a couple weeks. 56* with a couple sprinkles and fairly windy.... I'm surprised how heavily I dressed compared to, say 15 years ago, which would have been shorts and t-shirt. Today tights, long-sleeve wicking shirt, rain jacket and knit ear-warming headband. Only got too warm running up a hill, otherwise comfortable. Guess I'm getting older.
