Very fun! My first time trial. I was 6th out of 11 and the only female. Not bad.... 5 guys ahead of me, 5 behind. Can't wait to see how I do in another one, now that I know how it works!

alright Biked in Avilton area 29.5 mi 02:44 10.8mph pace
W-I-N-D-Y ride. Pedalling 9mph downhill. Hard to steer, nearly got blown over a couple times. Look at average pace -- crimeny! Feel like I rode a hundred miles.

great Rock Lodge Road w/ Pat 19.5 mi 01:40 11.7mph pace
Easy spin, perfect distance, beautiful weather, great recovery ride with a friend. Felt like I was coasting up hills, no granny gears, hardly any work. Why can't it always be like that?

VELO
good Savage River Road to Spring L... 32.6 mi 02:10 15.0mph pace
Net downhill on the way out (avg 19.5), net uphill on return, including a 3-mile slow incline and one of the big SavageMan hills. I was happy to end up with the 15 average!

alright Swim laps in New Germany Lake... 00:30
Really tired at the start, but much more energy when done. I think the easy resistance and cool water helped my jetlag and fatigue. Went running after the swim.
