    Was just going to do a short run and do tempo tomorrow but was feeling good and thought what the heck...let's do it! And now it is done. Half mile longer than last week and little faster.

    Interval workout on treadmill. 8 mi

    Great workout. 5x1200 in 5:30 (7:20 pace) and didn't feel too bad. Hope doing these on the treadmill is as effective as the track.

    Suppose to do long run but woke up to storms. Again! 60 minutes on treadmill. Will do long run tomorrow. I hope!
