  1. Did a 10k race today at Hackthorpe in the Lowther Park Country Estate, Cumbria.. Lots of mud, hills and lovely countryside.. Trainers submerged in mud along the forest path-really enjoyed it though

    Not a bad run today-doing a 10k race on Sunday so will miss running on saturday to conserve my energy ;)

  5. Been for a 3 mls run this morning-feeling a lot fitter :)

  6. No running today for me-I'm at work at 2pm...I'll be back out tomorrow though-whatever the weather ;-)

    great Linstock Bridge, Carlisle 4 mi 00:30 07:30 pace

    Ran through Rickerby Park to Linstock Bridge and back into the park. At the end ran up and down a set of steep stone steps five times then ran home. Felt I could have gone further but enjoyed it.

    Lovely mild day-not a lot of sun but great running conditions.. Felt fit today :-)
