    I went for a walk locally today for just over an hour. My app doesn't work which doesn't help. If I can't fix it later I'll have to write to the software people :(

      I tried using that too and it was a whole heap of rubbish! Apparently (according to Apple) I have to reload all my apps on my phone. That's a PITA! I'll have to do that later on this evening.

    I've decided to join a hatha yoga class to strengthen my core. I start Wednesday evening YAY!

      i love kundalini yoga bc i like the meditative yoga along with the long stretches. hatha is faster and harder.

      I think that's what I need at the moment to get stronger :) There's a place local to me called The Yoga Barn that does meditation sessions too it seems like a cool place to go but doesn't open again until September. I've never done Kundalini yoga but it sounds great!

      wow that does sound like a great place. I need some bike trips before the snow falls. then I'll look at yoga again once it's icy.

      It's serene there. I want to carry on running when it gets cold. You get more snow than we do, what are you going to do once the hard snow comes along?
