    Bah. That was my longest run EVER. I'm dead. I think running uphill the last 2 miles ruined my average time. As did the spill I took on mile 8...

    5 min warm up, 30 sec sprint, 90 sec jog repeated for 20 min, 5 min cool down. Sweat fest!!

    2 sets of 5 of each grip on the pull up machine, 2 sets of 10 tricep dips and 2 30 sec planks.

    I was feeling so slow and so sluggish, but once I settled into a pace I felt I could maintain, it wasn't the worst. I walked more than I wanted, but I got the miles in!

    Instead of a mile walking warmup and cool down I did 15 minutes on the bike instead. I loved it!

  18. So I am supposed to do an "easy" 5 miles. Um, I really don't think 5 miles is easy for me... I am going to need a major boost to get me through.
