    The legs were pretty tired after two days of speed (one tempo and one fartlek) so I just ran nice and easy.

    Easy run up the interurban trail, down Meridian and back. It is HOT out, though I shouldn't complain because the rain is coming back into our extended forecast. Silly May, such a tease.

    This was "literally" the worst run ever. Well maybe that's an exaggeration but it ranks up there. I stayed up too late, drank a little too much beer, didn't eat any food...blah!
