    Good workout, worked up a sweat somewhat. These workouts are good, but twice as long as 30 day shred. Hopefully, they're paying off because they work more muscles!

      Hey girl! How's it going? Is the Ab diet work-out part of the 30 day shred? How do you like 30 day shred?

      Hey Tia! Ab's Diet for Women is a book I started reading that has some workouts in it, but I hadn't had time to read the workouts listed in the book yet, but I knew they were strength training type stuff, so I just did the 30 day shred. I've had the 30 day shred for a couple of years and done it on and off! It's GREAT! Great workout, and 25 minutes long! It's the best bang for your buck! 3 levels, 3 different workouts.

    Running on a jogging trail by our hotel in Helsinki! Awesome scenery! A bit sore from the bike ride the previous day, but what a great and active city Helsinki is!

    Intervals with Jess. We ran 3 mins hard and then jogged for 2 mins. We did this 5 x's and then walked to the park and back home, probably 1.5 walk. It's hard to know the total
