Well she.did this circuit where we did sun salutations then down to plank then push up down, push up up, an push back into down dog then roll forward back into plank and do it again and again. It was a neat little spin on things....

My middle school teacher used to say "There is nothing worse than deodorant on top of stinky armpits!" He was trying to encourage us to not skip the shower after class, lol! Now, I realize it is necessary sometimes, ha!
