Had fun with today's run

Felt like I needed a change so I started to do sprint like segments (not sure if this has an official name), about 3 or 4 segments per mile, for the last 4 miles. Focused on using enegery from the lower body with short faster steps. Super fun!


Are you trying to avoid using the term "fartlek"..? ; )
