    Doctor told me today my pulse was too low and that I'm either in great shape or have a heart condition. Fingers crossed it's my fabulous running. :)

      Thank you! Jen- I'm going to Ottawa for the first time! A friend lives there and invited me up for the weekend. Running is a great way to explore a new city. Montreal would be lovely!

      I totally hear you but please make sure you are ok to do the long runs in order to avoid further injury. I didn't miss my long runs during my back injury and made it worse which results in taking 2 full month off from running:(

      I didn't realized that you had a back issue, too! I was told by my doctor not to run for 6 weeks and I am still PT although I am going bak to training plan in May. Feel better! Our target run is NYC this year anyway, right? Good luck with your half:)
