4 min warmup on airdyne, stretches/other warmup. Strength 3x3x3x3x3 seated strict press at 53#, did one 58# just to prove i could do one... worked on some pull up strength things between reps.
WoD:
--this is what it was supposed to be--
3 rounds for time
20 kb swings (53#)
30 hand release pushups
40 double unders
1 min rest between rounds

--this is what i did--
3 rounds for time
20 squats with 20# medicine ball
30 bench pushups (with my ankles on the bench because I can't flex my foot for a normal pushup yet)
40 abmat situps
1 minute rest between rounds.

Time: 12:01 (this is without the two minutes of rest)

Let me just say this -- I don't know what is harder, hand release or bench, but holy hell bench pushups are killer. I am getting stronger though -- I was able to do all NINETY of them.
