Warmed up the arms on the airdyne again today for 8 minutes. Then stretched, and warmed up on bench press. Strength was 3x3x3x3x3x3 at 73# -- I think next week I'm ready to move up!!!
AMRAP 5 min, 2 min rest, AMRAP 5 min:
7 pushups (I did mine with my shins resting on a bench to prevent foot pressure)
5 T2B (attempts -- I'm going to ask one of the coaches the secret to getting these down next week once the boot comes off)
6 ring rows (it was supposed to be 3 high box jumps, so I did a 2-fer sub)
Total: 10 rounds + 7 pushups (score: 157).
