Modified today's strength. It was Five Rounds: double back squats at 85% one rep max 10 ring dips, 2 min rest between rounds. I swapped out squats for bench press (73#).
WoD (I just swapped exercises and numbers):
EMOM for 5 min of
7 Pullups (instead of 10 wallballs)
T2B AMRAP until next min (instead of KB swings)
Total: 31 T2B attempt (I can't do them yet)
