First day aquajogging! Twenty minutes easy, ten minutes with hand weights, then 8x20 seconds hard, with 10 seconds rest, 5 min easy cool down.

    I do a mile for every 10 min easy, .5 for every 3 min hard. It's an estimation, but motivates me and is fairly accurate in terms of effort.
