Partial Plantar Fascia Tear. That's the verdict of my left foot. Happened on Wednesday during a training run -- on uneven pavement, and my foot just collapsed in. Looks like recovery time is 2-3 weeks no weight bearing (crutches + boot), 2-3 weeks walking with a boot + the super sexy even out attachment for my other shoes). I have, however come up with a training plan with my CrossFit coach to get my arms and abs in rockin' shape, and will start aquajogging and swimming Sunday with the other injured SCE ladies. Here's to making the best of an injury and persevering.
