So. Where to begin. This was supposed to be a 16-18 miler with Meg G. Started off fabulous, we had a great 4.86 miles, and then then it happened. My foot collapsed in, and something in my arch popped. I couldn't walk - still can't. Went to urgent care, no broken foot. But now I'm off my foot and on crutches at least until I see the podiatrist on Tuesday. Frustrating (and painful), to say the least.


Oh, no, that's awful. Good thing you were with someone to help. Rest up and hope you're foot feels better soon.

Partial Plantar Fascia tear, at least 4-6 weeks before I can run. Thinking about being more cautious and taking the full six...and just getting ridiculously good at aquajogging.
