200m run + terf warmups. Then 3 minutes working on double unders. Strength for the day was finding your 1 max rep of bench press. Mine was 78# (moving up in the world!!!)
100 double unders (or 35 attempts - no more than 4 minutes)
Then AMRAP: 7 deadlifts (103# for me!), 18 burpees, 9 pullups (band assist).
I did 35 attempts/completions, then 2 full times through the circuit and the third time through I was a little shy, only pulling off three pullups.
