200m warmup + turf warmups and stretching. Today's strength was finding a 1RM for the OH squat. I got up to 63# today. I did 2-3 of them (1 at a time) and was pretty happy with that weight. Can't wait to watch it go up in this next round of strength work.
WoD: 3 rounds for time
8 push jerk (I had to do barbells, still can't front rack with my wrist - 15# each)
12 lateral box jumps (prescribed was 20", I did 24" - baller)
16 pushups (I had to do knee pushups for most of them because I did 40 real ones last night...whoops).
