Warmup (200m run, plus turf workout). I pulled my groin on the turf doing airsquats (I need to stretch more before starting) so the WoD ended up being modified by yours truly. Strength today was bench press 3x3x3x3x3 - I ended up only doing 4 reps with warmup reps, and did 65# (I'm seriously super weak in my arms).

-- I did 5 pullups with bands for each rope climb, and 8 push presses (43# for first 2 sets, 33# after) instead of the thrusters (to protect my groin), and ended up doing 6 rounds instead of 5, since my workout was slightly easier without the thrusters and low push press weight (I'm working on form and strengthening my wrist before upping the weight).
