200m +terf/other warmup. 5x6 walking lunges -- did 4 at 63# and 1 at 73# -- had to have help getting out of the last 73# lunge - three guys ran to my rescue. #embarrassing.

Thanks - my legs felt it today for sure. 8 miles after walking lunges, OH squats and ball drops are painful.
