Great mid morning run! Joined Meg G. and Laura on the second half of their long run. A nice, easy run. Best part (besides the company and views) was that it was pain free -- its amazing what a little rest, foam rolling, stretching, icing and compression can do. Last long run before #bigkahuna next week!
