Good CrossFit Workout today with Paul M. 200m + turf warmups. Then Strict Press with 30 second pullup descent (start at the top, and lower yourself for 30 second) in between sets. Warmup (7-5-3-2x?), the 1x1x1x1 at max weight. Mine today (due to the fact I'm being careful with my wrist still), was 48#. Yeah, I'm a beast ;)
WoD: OTMEM for 14
5-10-5 "Short Shuttles"
1 Heavy C&J -- I couldn't do the jerk part, so I did Clean at 63# (still watching the weight on my wrist) and then a burpee instead of the jerk.
