Was supposed to be 6, might try to pick up the other two later. Made it a short tempo after my right calf cramped again halfway through,mile 2. (8:22, 7:52, 7:55, 8:20) Figured less with quality is better than more but crappy. Gotta shake this cranp - 12 days til my first Half Ironman!
