First real crossfit workout! Split Jerk work for 22 minutes. Did 3x53lbs and then 3x63lbs 4 times.
WoD: For time: 10-8-6-4-2 Cleans (55lbs) & Chest Pullups (w/ band), 2 min rest, 9-7-5-3-1 Snatch (35 lbs) & Pullups (w/ band). Time 13:17 total (6:50/4:37). (I had to switch to a larger band in the first half for pull ups).
