1.54 mile warmup (8:02 pace), 10x200/200 -- 200 at 5k/200 at long distance (6:46/7:45, 6:38/8:07, 6:43/7:46, 6:47/8:08, 6:14/7:44, 6:36/8:07, 6:35/7:53, 6:25/8:37, 6:31/7:40, 6:23/8:49), 1.13 mile cooldown (7:45 pace). Great track workout, and realized that I have a much easier time keeping a fairly steady fast pace (Its about as fast as I like to run) than at my 'long distance' pace. You could really tell when I started getting tired (though my shoe did come untied in that last 200m) Next time I want to work on consistency for the different tempos.
