After CrossFit Intro, Paul M. and I hit the gym for more strength. He kicked my butt, and there is a chance I might not be able to walk tomorrow. In the mix:
4 rounds of pullups, chinups, push press(40lbs), upright row(40lbs), forearm exercise 1 (20lbs), forearm exercise 2 (15lbs)
3 rounds of calf raises (8x45lb)
3 rounds of back squats (10x53lb, 9x63lb, 8x73lb)
228 lunges (There were 300 on the counter...I got more than 2/3 the way there...)

My legs and arms might hate me tomorrow, but happy I did it.
