great CrossFit Intro 01:20

3rd Intro to CrossFit Class. We learned power cleans, squat and press. We then did a mini WoD. On the minute every minute for 7 minutes: 2 power cleans, 4 box jumps/push ups/30yd sprint, alternating box jumps and pushups each minute. Kicked my derriere. Can't wait for a real WoD.
