7:47 mile warm up, 4x800 (Yasso's!) at 3:14, 3:25, 3:21, 3:21 with 3:30 rest in between each (as I estimated that to be my time of the 800s) with 7:45 mile cool down. Total walking rest between (not included in workout) .67 miles plus lots of drinking water in 14:00. Happy with the workout -- and according to this, I should be able to run a 3:20-3:30 marathon if I keep this up!
