good CrossFit Intro 01:20

Second intro to CrossFit class. We did deadlifts, strict press, push press and jerk press. Then wall balls, kettlebell swings and burpees. Our Mini WoD was 7 minutes AMRAP: 3 push press (bar only), 5 wall balls (8 lbs) and 7 kettlebell swings (15 pounds)

    i think i might get a kettlebell at target today... what size do you use?

    I used a 15 pound...but could go up to a 20/25 pound.
