Great swim! 300m warmup, 4x100 at 1:35, 1:40, 1:40, 1:45, 8x50 @ :50, 2x200 @ 3:30, 100m cooldown. I would've gone longer but we were circle swimming and i just wanted to get out.

Wow! Timed sets... I feel lazy, but then again, I don't want to know how slow I've gotten since I've stopped practicing with a team :)
