Btw, Phil and my sisters really wanted to come see me finish, but I didn't want them to stand out in the cold to wait for me.

I'm so happy for you that this race went better then the last one! And you looked great at dinner too, for just running a marathon. And your niece... I just wanted to squeeze her. She is so adorable!

  3. RUN
Hines, in Northville 8.01 mi 01:39 12:20 pace

Run with Meg. Took it easy today, and cut our run short (planned to do 10 miles originally). Got caught in the rain the last mile.

  4. RUN
    Last 20 miler 20.01 mi 03:51 11:33 pace

This did not go well. I've run five 20 milers my whole life, and this was by far the worst. So glad to be done with the super long runs.

What an awesome run with Meg S. ! I wasn't sure if my legs would be able to handle a hilly 10 miler after running 20 yesterday, but I felt pretty dang good today. This part of Hines is so be... read more

    20 on Hines 20 mi 03:32 10:34 pace

All the shoes I've purchased in the last few months... sigh. Think I finally found the right shoe, although the color is a bit wild (for me).

I like the 2 black ones. Not to crazy about the light blue ones. The purple is cool. Are those the Trances? You can always change the green laces to black or white to take some of the wild out. Which did you pick as your right shoe? Did you find your left shoe? LOL! Think I'll stick with my Saucony Guides for a while. Shoes are expensive.
