12 Mile MLR with 5 at 10K to HMP. I decided to wait a half hour to see if it would warm up. Alas, the Boulder Reservoir is always 5-10 degrees colder than the rest of the city, and this morning when I left my car it was 6 degrees. Single digit temperature runs are my second-least favorite kind (after wind). My left hand was so numb by the end, it was painful. I ran fast over the back half, now I just want a warm shower. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/148089588

Hope that warm shower was good! Very good MLR effort today, particularly braving the colder temps.

Nothing like the cold to motivate you get it over with quicker. I hate the frozen limp feeling. Not sure if the freezing or the thawing part are the worst? Nice fast MLR today.

That's dedication! Enjoy the warm shower. And maybe a soak in the hot tub later.

Yeah, definitely a cold one this morning. And of course when we are out there at 6AM it is the coldest time of the day. Great pace for 12 miles this morning Dave.

Look at you posting with a frozen hand before the warm shower, a dedicated dailymiler! Wind/cold combined is number one for worst. Why can't it be wind free and pleasantly warm always for all of us runners?!
