      1 beard = 1 minute in a marathon, and you shaved it off! Don't overdo the indoor track: many have fallen victims to it.

      David, impressive work but you're not too successful at being slow haha! It's crazy that you dropped 2.5 minutes in 1 mile.

      Ellen, I haven't figured out where it yet (coming with some of my friends). You know a good place, conservative food-wise maybe? We are staying near a cheesecake factory and it was my default choice. Let me know.
